Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customs Broker Support
Engineer/Forwarder/Trainer.
Key Responsibilities
Responding to customer telephone calls and emails
Proactive monitoring of application behavior, and performing
Training and QA
Troubleshooting application software issues reported by
customers
Required Qualifications
University or College level in a computer science or technology
program (or equivalent)
Experience within Transportation Management, Logistics or Supply
Chain Industry
Customs Brokerage certification
Experience in FTZ (Foreign Trade Zone Operations)
Experience in the use of ABI and/or AMS software is particularly
helpful
