The Opportunity As a Business Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our business processes. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders and the project team to understand, assess, and implement solutions that streamline and enhance our operations.
Primary Responsibilities
Requirement Elicitation and Documentation: Grasp complex business needs, document detailed requirements, and identify potential challenges.
Solution Design: Partner with the project team to evaluate solution options, ensuring they align with business objectives and technical feasibility.
Process Improvement: Drive process optimization initiatives, leveraging industry best practices and innovative approaches.
Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
Project Execution: Contribute to the successful delivery of projects, providing timely updates and addressing issues proactively.

You'll be part of a dynamic team of developers, project managers, architects, and other experts dedicated to delivering innovative solutions.

Subject Matter Expertise: Become the go-to expert for product knowledge and business processes.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of experience in the life insurance industry

Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of financial services systems and the ability to bridge the gap between business and IT.
Problem-Solving: A creative thinker who can identify innovative solutions to complex problems.
Leadership: A natural leader who can influence and inspire others.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $65.00- $70.00 per hour.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
