Job Description Please Note this position supports our 2nd
Shift. You will be paid a 10% Pay Premium while working the 2nd
Shift.Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration
and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature
of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site.
This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems
facility 100% of the time.Please note that pursuant to a government
contract, this specific position requires US citizenship.See what

selected for this position will build Micro-Electronic
sub-assemblies. Working in the Manual cell, using various liquid
and sheet epoxies to lay the foundation of every micro-electronics
module. On the TACAIR Microwave Factory on a variety of products
including 56C and EPAWSS.Required Education, Experience, &
Skills
- High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of manufacturing
experience and/or equivalent experience
- Ability to work under a microscope for extended periods of
time.Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Experience with lamination presses, bladder bag ovens and sheet
epoxies (mainly with the focus of attaching substrates to
modules/housings). Familiar with working with a wide variety of
adhesives and epoxy's.
- Able to work with a microscope for an entire shift.
- Familiar with MIL-STD-883Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range:
$39820 - $63690Please note: This range is based on our market pay
structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a
variety of factors including, but not limited to: business
considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as
well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and
