About the Role:The Digital Content Specialist, Multilingual is a key member of the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute team, responsible for supporting the development and implementation of a multilingual digital user experience strategy.This role focuses on creating engaging content for Dana-Farber's digital channels in multiple languages, including webpages, blog posts, emails, videos, and digital publications.The ideal candidate will have excellent writing and editing skills, with a strong understanding of grammar, style, and tone across languages.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a content calendar for multilingual digital channels
• Create high-quality, original content in multiple languages, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and cultural sensitivity
• Coordinate with freelance writers and translators, providing clear instructions and conducting quality checks
• Analyze content performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize content strategy and effectiveness
• Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure content aligns with overall business goalsRequirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in communication studies, marketing, foreign language studies, linguistics, or related field
  • At least 3 years of demonstrated experience as a digital content producer, writer, or editor in multiple languages
  • Fluency in English and at least one other language (Spanish preferred)
  • Experience coordinating with freelancers or translators
