Job Description:

We are seeking an Expeditor to join our team at Contessa, a rooftop restaurant inspired by Europe's old-world resorts. Key responsibilities include ensuring a smooth flow between front and back of the house, preparing dishes at correct temperatures, and completing orders on time.

• Ensure a smooth flow between the front and back of the house.
  
• Ensure that all dishes are properly prepared and served at the correct temperatures.
  
• Ensure that all orders are completed in time and with the correct priority.
  
• Perform finishing touches to completed dishes.
  
  To be successful, the candidate must have at least 1 year of experience, be professional, articulate, friendly, and punctual, and possess the drive to provide exceptional service. Additional requirements include standing/walking for 8 hours, bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting 30 lbs. Proficiency in computer skills including POS systems, Word, and Excel is also necessary.
