Annual salary: $310,000 - $365,000This is an excellent Boston opportunity for a Massachusetts-licensed Venture Capital & Emerging Companies attorney to join a leading Growth Equity and Investment Funds practice group.An opportunity to join a team with the brains that have worked on pioneering online capital-raising methods since the Internet's beginning. A group immersed in the national and international ecosystem of emerging companies and investors focused on start-ups.An excellent position to focus your practice on venture capital and other private securities transactions, counseling start-ups and emerging growth companies, funds and crowdfunding platforms.You will provide counsel to private companies and venture capital funds operating and investing in a diverse range of industries, including biotech, fintech and financial services, media, artificial intelligence, blockchain, cybersecurity, CPG, insuretech and SaaS, among many others.You will advance within the start-up community and regularly advise and mentor young companies and entrepreneurs regarding the legal and business issues that they face.Minimum Requirements:Must be admitted or eligible for admission in Massachusetts.
