Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking an exceptional Executive Chef to lead our culinary team.Key Responsibilities

• Oversee food purchasing, receiving, storage, and preparation to ensure quality and efficiency within budgetary parameters.
• Supervise food production staff and implement core menus and recipe management system.
• Maintain kitchen sanitation and comply with federal and state regulations pertaining to food handling/production.
• Partner with Unit Manager to resolve food production issues and ensure resident satisfaction.Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years Executive Chef experience with fine dining background.
  • Knowledge of ala carte and catering trends, food cost controls, and food presentation.
