Restaurant CaptainContessa - Boston is seeking a skilled Restaurant Captain to lead our dining team. As a Restaurant Captain, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service and a memorable dining experience for our guests.Responsibilities:

• Anticipate guests' needs and provide personalized service.
• Inspect the dining room and ensure it meets our high standards.
• Receive and greet guests, and assist with seating as needed.
• Monitor tables throughout service times and address any guest issues.
• Maintain knowledge of our menu and presentation standards.Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Captain in an upscale restaurant.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Michelin-recognized restaurant preferred.
  • Professional, articulate, friendly, and punctual.
  • Possesses and exhibits the drive to provide exceptional service.
  • Full-time flexible hours required, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand/walk for 8 hours, bend, push, pull, and lift 30 lbs.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including POS systems, Word, and Excel.Benefits:
