Description:Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services is looking for an organized and detail oriented Clinical Intake coordinator to join our administrative team! The Clinical Intake coordinator is responsible for conducting reviews of clinical information to determine eligibility for home health services in compliance with regulatory standards. This role will include reviewing referrals, documentation, and coordinating with our intake team to obtain necessary information to process referrals. This Full Time position offers a rate of $35/hour, in addition to the Benefits shown below.
