Full job descriptionWe are seeking a Full-time CNA/Driver to transport our residents in a safe manner to medical appointments, and other necessary outings. This is a terrific opportunity for a dynamic, outgoing person. The Driver will also represent the organization by being visible throughout the community. Residents are to be treated with respect, courtesy and graciousness at all times. The Driver is expected to foster the best possible relations with community agencies, professional offices and others in the community. When not driving, candidate will be assigned regular CNA duties.Benefits - John Clarke offers excellent benefits! Blue Cross/Blue Shield Health, Dental, Vision, 403b with MatchSchedule: Generally Monday - Friday 8am-4pm but must be flexible to accommodate earlier or later appointments on occasionJob description:Transport residents to and from appointments etc. Other responsibilities include patient safety and well-being, handling transferring residents in and out of the vehicle and escorting them into appointments.The driver must take directions from Nurses, Managers, and other staff members to carry out resident transportation.Must keep the car comfortable for the registrants and well maintained.Drivers also need to comply with facility policies on patient confidentiality and on protecting their patients.The driver is expected to be on time, professionally dressed, and friendly to patients and facility personnel. Requirements:Must hold a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.Must be able to comfortably drive a 12 passenger van and minivan.Must hold a valid Rhode Island CNA license.Must be able to read maps and navigate around the service area.Must comply with federal, state, and local long-term care regulations.Must be vaccinated against Covid.A minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required.Compensation details: 22-22 Hourly WagePI368ae28eba25-25660-35715285
