and Communications Manager where you will execute change management
and communications activities to support the adoption of new
processes and technology, helping us achieve our Digital ambitions
and ensuring an exceptional people experience. You will also lead
the preparation of change management assets based on a defined
strategic approach, manage and monitor the change, and suggest
reinforcements to support the transition.How you will
contribute:
- Monitor the change based on process data and additional
gathered information using data to identify the appropriate
measures.
- Apply the Project Management practices used in Takeda's
DD&T organization in the area of change management and
communication, including Project plan, Milestone Management, Status
Tracking and Reporting, Deliverables Follow-up, Issue and Risk
Management.
- Provide guidance and oversight of resources, executing
activities as required.
- Implement relevant continuous improvement ideas to ensure the
effective management of change (e.g., Lessons learned, user
feedback, RCAs, etc.).
- Work with stakeholders to identify and implement improvements
within change management & communications methods.
- On-board new team members - providing a thorough introduction
to change and communications practices to create a consistent
standard of services.
- Support other team activities as needed and participate in
C&C community activities to support internal collaboration and
capability building.
- All other duties reasonably required of the position.
- Change Management and communication service delivery to
effectively support change and provide an exceptional people
experience. Services include (but are not limited to):
- End to End change management & communications services for
digital technology implementations.
- Track change & communications effectiveness through standard
KPIs.
- Training within DD&T Programs - Training Material, Training
Effectiveness, Training Approach, TNA, Curriculum, LMS, etc.
- Identification and mitigation/management of organizational,
process, system, and data changes.Minimum
Requirements/Qualifications:Essential
- Appropriate Bachelor's in related specialization area (e.g.
Change Management, Communications, Business Administration) is
essential.
- 7 plus years of experience in change management in a global
setting, preferably in an IT function.
- Experience in managing change in a diverse data and digital
technology landscape.
- Ability to manage change in a cross-functional organization
while being flexible and adaptable to work in ambiguous
situations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written
and verbal English) to clearly articulate messages to a variety of
audiences.
- Ability to work successfully in multicultural teams and to
build and maintain strong relationships with key local and global
stakeholders.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, business
acumen with analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Practice efficient time management and coordinate tasks,
working in an international environment.

- Solid IT skills and a quick learner of new systems.

Compensation and Benefits SummaryWe understand compensation is an

MAU.S. Base Salary Range: $108,500.00 - $170,500.00The estimated
salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The
actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors,
including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the
position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills,
level of education attained, certifications or other professional
licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or
