You'll oversee hotel operations, food and beverage departments, and ensure that our guests and team members experience excellence in every interaction. In this key leadership role, you'll:

• Drive operational success and profitability while maintaining our high standards of guest and team member satisfaction.
• Lead daily quality initiatives and collaborate with the General Manager, acting as their trusted second-in-command.
• Consult with property owners and corporate teams to shape our vision and future.

• 3+ years of executive committee experience in a high luxury environment
• In-depth knowledge of luxury standards and offerings
• Experience in a leadership capacity at a $40M revenue or greater at a luxury property
• Experience managing CapEx projects
• Proven success in ownership relations
• Successful with union partnershipsPreferred Qualifications:
• Forbes 5* knowledge
• Blend of rooms and F&B experience highly desired
