About the Role:
The Meeting & Events Manager serves as the primary client contact
for the delivery of meetings and events services curating and
end-to-end immersive brand experience for employees, clients, and
visitors.
In the role you would partner with onsite teams that serve as
meeting and event specialists ensuring planning, space preparation,
service delivery and post-event wrap-up activities are delivered
with quality and care. In addition to making recommendations on
budgets and cost management, this individual also coordinates with
clients to resolve complex issues and provide a consistently
positive experience through regular engagement and improvement of
event processes.
You would also be responsible for guiding event clients through the
full scope of the planning process, including creative curation of
the events.
This role is passionate about handling our strategy around the
Meetings & Events field, delivering tangible concepts to our
diverse customer base, and handling long-term value across the
Experience platform.
