Job Description:
A company is looking for a Project Manager, Onboarding to join
their Customer Success team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the client onboarding process from purchase to successful
launch
Establish strong relationships with clients and set clear
expectations
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer
experience
Required Qualifications:
At least 4 years of experience in a customer-facing position in a
technology environment
Experience with email marketing, preferably in customer success or
project management
Proven ability to manage multiple projects; PMP certification is a
plus
Understanding of email service providers and deliverability
processes
BA/BS degree is required
