Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director, User Experience to
lead their Product team in driving user-centered design and
enhancing product experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development of a scalable design system and improve design
processes
Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams to
deliver user-centered solutions
Provide thought leadership on design decisions and ensure
high-quality visual and interactive design
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in user experience design, with at least 5
years in a leadership role
Experience in designing for SaaS platforms in complex enterprise
environments
Proven experience in building and scaling design systems
Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative UX research methods
Strong understanding of visual design principles and accessibility
best practices
