Job Description:

A company is looking for a Renewals Operations & Analytics Manager to join their Sales Ops team.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and analyze business processes for on-time renewals and KPIs
Lead a regular operating cadence for the Global Renewals Leadership team
Assist in defining a global renewals strategy, focusing on process optimization and scalable solutions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
7+ years of Sales Operations experience
5+ years of analytical experience in finance or reporting/analytics roles
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI
Experience in SFDC
