growing company following our series A funding. We are looking for
an experienced Customer Success Manager to drive adoption and help
maintain relationships with our customers.The ideal candidate will
make meaningful contributions to our retention, onboarding, and
product strategies. Additionally, the candidate will have heavy
exposure to, and work alongside, our executive leadership team.In
this role you will:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our partners and
customer base
- Deeply understand your customers' business challenges and how
to position our product suite to drive success
- Lead virtual product trainings and webinar sessions
- Develop and monitor ongoing client usage reports and success
metric analysis
- Create and execute on Success Plans for each customer to drive
adoption
- Identify at-risk accounts and manage churn risk
- Run quarterly business reviews to deepen relationships with key
stakeholders, highlight areas of success, elicit feedback, and
uncover expansion opportunities
- Work with Product to identify potential enhancements and
integrations
- Collaborate with account executives on renewal and upsell
opportunities identified through ongoing supportWe're looking for a
candidate with:
- At least 2 years experience as a Customer Success Manager or
SDR/BDR in the SaaS industry
- Experience working with both marketing and sales personas
- Proficient with large data sets and using common Excel
functions including pivot tables, vlookups, delimiting texts
- Strong communication and prioritization skills, professional
demeanor, and sound judgment
- Ability to confidently present in front of groups
- Comfort with fast-paced and rapidly-changing environments
- Get stuff done, all hands on deck mentality
- Ability to efficiently manage time and prioritize large books
of business
