Job Description:
A company is looking for a Resident AI Engineer to join their
Customer Success team.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with customers' teams to design, implement, and manage
Rasa deployments
Serve as the primary resource for Rasa-related projects and
issues
Provide consultative advice to optimize the performance of customer
deployments
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience with Rasa or
equivalent
Leadership or managerial experience in significant transformation
efforts
Experience working with technical and business decision-makers in
customer leadership teams
Ability to lead in customer meetings and public settings
Must reside in the USA - East Coast for team collaboration
