Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Customer Engineering to
lead their Customer Engineering team and support enterprise
customers.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Customer Engineering team and act as the primary contact
for enterprise customers
Triage and prioritize customer issues in collaboration with
Technical Account Management and Support teams
Serve as an escalation point for high-priority customer issues,
working with core Engineering teams for resolution
Required Qualifications
Experience deploying and running databases and applications at
scale
Experience with MySQL
Working knowledge of Kubernetes
Experience in a 24/7 on-call rotation for critical applications
Prior experience building support and shift-based teams
