This position reports to Director Infrastructure Planning and is in the Transport and Infrastructure group. It is an Individual Contributor position.LocationThis position is fully remote work from home within the USThe Main Responsibilities

• Manages floor space, power, and cooling for regionalize network facilities/data centers.
• Kicks off space and power projects into engineering and PM groups.
• Develops/defines plans for the implementation of new plant construction or modifications to existing facilities.
• Prepares plans and specifications, to include gathering field data.
• Assures that the most feasible, practical and economical means to complete the work are utilized. Provides cost data to support capital planning and budgeting.
• Monitors and controls project expenditures.
• Skilled in planning and/or engineering.
• Resolves interoperability problems to obtain operations across all platforms including e-mail, files transfer, multimedia, teleconferencing and the like.What We Look For in a CandidateRequired Qualifications:
  • 5+ years professional experience with a Bachelor's Degree

  • Proven track record as adept and effective project manager
  • Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and communications skills
  • Strong computer skills with emphasis on Microsoft Excel, Access, Visio & SQLPreferred Qualifications:
    • Master's degree in related field and 2+ years of related experience
