You'll guide teams performing research, development, and consulting assignments of a professional technical nature where extensive and diversified knowledge of hardware engineering principles and practices are necessary to successfully accomplish objectives. Required Job Skills, Responsibilities, & Experience includes: BSEE or BSME with commensurate experience leading engineering teamsPossesses solid technical leadership practices for multi-disciplinary engineering teams engaged in the design and development of state-of-the-art electro-mechanical products

Team sizes may range from small to large (5, 10, to 20+)Team disciplines include Mechanical (ME), Electrical (EE), Optical (EE), Design Drafting (DD)Proven experience in developing, implementing, and monitoring project schedules, budgets, and productivity metrics to ensure efficient team performance Implementing an established Hardware Engineering design processes to achieve product quality and consistencyPossesses sound interpersonal communication skills involving interfacing with company personnel, customers, and suppliersExperience supporting new business capture and proposal teams with development of hardware engineering cost/schedule estimatesCapable of exercising independent discretion and judgment in the performance of engineering dutiesUtilizes computer skills to prepare appropriate reports, documents, and presentations for internal/external distributionAbility to develop and implement design solutions, processes, and systems within budget and schedule requirementsExperience with design and develop of products and services using state-of-the-art RF engineering technologies, principles, theories and conceptsPreferred Education, Experience, & Skills Preferred job skills, qualifications, & experience includes:Current DoD Security ClearanceCertification for Earned Value Management System (EVMS) project management techniquesDesign & development of RF technologies, antennas, amplifiersDesigning to cost (DTUPC) constraintsDesigning for manufacturability Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $126610 - $215270Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
